Welcome to Portavel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at portavel.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on portavel.com, you confirm that you:

2. About Portavel
Portavel is an online store operated from Japan that sells USB-C hubs, docking stations, and related accessories primarily to customers in the United States. Products are shipped directly from fulfillment warehouses located in China and other countries through our logistics partners.
3. Product Information and Disclaimers
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, you acknowledge that:
- Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing batches.
- Product dimensions and weight are approximate.
- Specifications may be updated by the manufacturer without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, update information, and cancel orders containing inaccurate information.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination.
- We accept payments through Shopify Payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- You represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method used.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
5. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product to you.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Standard shipping takes approximately 7–20 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PORTAVEL, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Portavel and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree that any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@portavel.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts located in the State of Delaware.
Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court or exercising any non-waivable rights under consumer protection laws.
14. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Portavel.
