This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect the information you provide when you visit portavel.com or make a purchase from our store. It also describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

- Email and marketing platforms – such as Shopify Email or Klaviyo (if used) for transactional and marketing messages.
- Analytics providers – such as Google Analytics and Meta, to understand site usage.
- Legal and regulatory authorities – when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
All third parties are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Portavel is operated from Japan, and our fulfillment partners are located in China and other countries. Shopify's servers are located primarily in the United States and Canada. By using our site, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence.

10. Do Not Track Signals
Our site currently does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals, as there is no industry standard. You can always control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be announced on our homepage or by email where appropriate.
